1. General provisions

This policy defines how personal data obtained through www.eneraz.az is collected, processed, protected and deleted.

This Privacy Policy has been prepared taking into account Law No. 998-IIIQ of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 11 May 2010 “On Personal Data”, Law No. 460-IQ of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 3 April 1998 “On Information, Informatization and Protection of Information”, the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data, to which the Republic of Azerbaijan is a party, and other applicable regulatory legal acts adopted for the implementation of those legal instruments.

2. Data we collect

The contact form collects company name, name and surname, telephone number, email address and message. IP address, device and browser details, date and time may be processed for security and technical operation.

3. Purposes of processing

Data is used to answer inquiries, manage service and supply requests, protect website security, fulfil legal obligations and, only with the user's consent, for analytics, advertising and marketing.

4. Cookies and third-party services

Necessary first-party cookies and Cloudflare Turnstile are used for website operation and security. Turnstile may process requests in Cloudflare systems and transfer technical data across borders.

Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and other non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are activated only after explicit consent. A service whose identifier is not configured is not loaded. Consent can be withdrawn using the cookie-management button in the footer.

5. Data sharing

Data may be shared when required by law, with trusted service providers to perform contractual obligations, or based on the user's consent. ENERAZ LLC does not sell personal data.

6. Security and retention

Technical and organisational safeguards include encryption, access restrictions, security checks and backups. Data is not retained longer than necessary for its purpose.
